The present invention relates to methodology for polymer grafting by a polysaccharide synthase and, more particularly, polymer grafting using the hyaluronate or chondroitin or heparin/heparosan synthases from Pasteurella, in order to create a variety of glycosaminoglycan oligosaccharides having a natural or chimeric or hybrid sugar structure with a targeted size that are substantially monodisperse in size.
L'invention concerne la méthodologie du greffage de polymères par une polysaccharide synthase et, plus précisément, du greffage de polymères faisant appel à la hyaluronate, la chondroïtine ou l'héparine/héparosan synthases issue de la pasteurella, afin de créer une variété d'oligosaccharides de glycosaminoglycane possédant une structure de sucre naturelle, chimère ou hybride d'une taille ciblée, qui sont sensiblement monodispersés en taille.
