ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A test system for wells which may be utilized in any well having a landing nipple therein. A pressure recording instru- ment is run in on a locking mandrel and a closing tool is provided which cooperates with a valve and moves it from open to closed position. With the closing prong engaged with the valve member and the valve in open position a small diameter extension on the prong is positioned opposite the ports in the valve to provide a large flow area.
