The Ultra Safe 600 is a mobile fall protection system for one (1) worker to tie-off to for fall arrest. When this system is completely set up it weighs six-hundred and sixty pounds. The Ultra-Safe 600 has a hinged arm on one of its longer sides that is held approximately six inches off the roof by a spring. This side sprung arm has a hook on it, which is the hook a worker ties off to when using the Ultra-Safe 600 as a fall arrest system. The arm also has two teeth on the front of it. If a worker tied off to this system ever falls over the edge of the rooftop, the arm will get the pressure and the teeth on the arm will penetrate into the roof and arrest the workers' fall. The Ultra-Safe 600 has four wheels and is maneuvered manually, by pulling on the tow arm on the front of the cart. This product is designed for use on specified, flat rooftop substrates only. The Ultra-Safe 600 is made of steel, welded at all joints and is finished with yellow powder coat.
