The invention relates to the use of a method for production of antimicrobial or antibacterial glasses or glass ceramics, wherein known starting materials are fused, broken, or powdered, fed to an extruder, fused therein with addition of foaming agent, the foaming agent charged by the building pressure in the glass melt, the above is then foamed to give a closed-pore foam on a subsequent pressure reduction to increase surface area and said foam subsequently subjected to a comminution process, wherein the glass particles generated in the comminution process become antimicrobial or antibacterial during an ion exchange or the antimicrobial or antibacterial properties thereof are increased as a result of the ion exchange.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un procédé de production de verres antimicrobiens ou antibactériens ou de vitrocéramiques, selon lequel des matières premières connues sont fondues, cassées ou pulvérisées, introduites dans une extrudeuse, dans laquelle elles sont fondues en même temps qu'un agent moussant, ledit agent moussant étant introduit sous l'action de la pression constituée dans le verre fondu. Ledit verre fondu est ensuite transformé en mousse, ceci permettant l'obtention d'une mousse à pores fermés lors d'une réduction conséquente de la pression. La surface active est ainsi augmentée et ladite mousse est ensuite soumise à un processus de broyage, la particules de verre produite durant ce processus devenant antimicrobienne ou antibactérienne grâce à un échange d'ions ou leurs propriétés antimicrobiennes ou antibactériennes étant améliorées grâce à l'échange d'ions.
