L'invention concerne un article qui est configuré pour s'appliquer en partie dans le vestibule de l'utilisatrice et qui est conçu pour diffuser un agent thérapeutique. Ce dispositif comprend d'une part un corps absorbant les liquides qui est doté d'une partie d'application devant dépasser dans le vestibule, et d'autre part, une formulation contenant un agent thérapeutique qui est sensiblement renfermée dans la partie d'application. Ce procédé consiste d'abord à fabriquer un dispositif absorbant pourvu d'un corps absorbant les liquides qui est doté d'une partie d'application devant dépasser dans le vestibule; puis à introduire sensiblement une formulation contenant l'agent thérapeutique dans la partie d'application.
