The invention relates to a throttle-valve assembly (10) comprising a housing (12) that has a throttle opening, through which a gaseous medium (70) can flow in a main direction of flow (72) and which has an approximately cylindrical cross-section (16). According to the invention, a throttle-valve (20, 80), which is pivotally mounted on a throttle-valve shaft (18), is arranged inside the throttle opening (16), and the throttle-valve shaft (18) can be displaced by an actuator (30) arranged inside the housing (12). The inventive throttle- valve assembly should comprise a throttle-valve (20, 80), which has a particularly high degree of strength and a particularly low tendency towards wearing. To this end, the throttle-valve (20, 80) is provided with a ring-like first area (60), which radially encircles at least in part and which is comprised of a first material (66), and with a radial second area (62), which is approximately circular and which is comprised of a second material (68), whereby the first area (60) at least partially encircles the second area (62), and the first material (66) of the throttle-valve (20, 80) has a greater degree of strength than that of the material (68) of the throttle-valve (20, 80).
L'invention concerne un manchon à papillon (10) comportant un corps (12) qui présente une ouverture d'étranglement pouvant être traversée par un fluide gazeux (70) dans un sens d'écoulement principal (72) et présente une section (16) approximativement circulaire. Dans l'ouverture d'étranglement (16) est placé un papillon (20, 80) qui est fixé, de façon à pouvoir osciller, sur un arbre de papillon (18). Cet arbre de papillon (18) peut être déplacé par un dispositif d'entraînement de réglage (30) monté dans le corps (12). L'objectif de l'invention est que ledit manchon (10) comporte un papillon (20, 80) qui présente une résistance particulièrement élevée et une tendance à l'usure particulièrement faible. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que ledit papillon (20, 80) présente une première zone (60), annulaire, qui s'étend au moins partiellement radialement et est constituée d'un premier matériau (66), et une seconde zone (62) radiale, approximativement circulaire, qui est constituée d'un second matériau (68), la première zone (60) entourant au moins partiellement la seconde zone (62) et le premier matériau (66) du papillon (20, 80) présentant une résistance plus élevée que celle du second matériau (68) du papillon (20, 80).
