What is disclosed is a tissue resection forceps (1 ) for treating teat duct stenoses, having a handgrip part (8) comprising two handgrip legs (2, 3) that can be swiveled toward one another, a spring element (4) that presses the handgrip legs (2, 3) in their opening direction, and a cutting device (5) actuatable by means of the handgrip legs (2, 3). The forceps (1) is characterized in that the cutting device (5) has a base body (6) and a knife element (7) that is both axially displaceable therein and rotatable therein about its longitudinal axis, the anterior end of the knife element being embodied as a cutting edge (9) that cooperates with a knife stop face (21 ) of the base body (6), and the posterior end of the knife element being provided with a handle (10) for axial rotation of the knife element (7), and that the base body (6) in the region of its insertion end (19) is embodied essentially as a hollow cylinder with a lateral cutting opening (20), and that by pivoting the handgrip legs (2, 3 ) toward one another, the cutting edge (9) of the knife element (7) is variable in its position in the region of the aforementioned cutting opening (20). The tissue resection forceps (1) makes it possible to trimaway small portions of tissue while baring the adjacent regions of tissue.
L'invention concerne une pince de résection des tissus (1) pour le traitement de sténoses des canaux mammaires, constituées d'un élément de préhension (8) se composant de deux bras de préhension (2,3) pivotant l'un par rapport à l'autre, d'un ressort (4) appuyant sur les bras de préhension (2,3) dans leur sens d'ouverture, et un dispositif de coupe actionné par les bras de préhension (2,3). La pince (1) se caractérise en ce que le dispositif de coupe (5) présente un corps de base (6) dans lequel est prévu un élément à lame (7) pouvant coulisser axialement et tourner sur son axe longitudinal, et dont l'extrémité avant constitue une arête de coupe (9) coopérant avec une surface de butée de la lame (21) du corps de base (6), et dont l'extrémité arrière est dotée d'une poignée (10) permettant de tourner l'élément à lame (7). Il se caractérise également en ce que le corps de base (6), dans la zone de l'extrémité d'insertion (19), est conçu principalement comme un cylindre creux présentant une ouverture coupante latérale (20), et que la position de l'arête de coupe (9) de l'élément à lame (7) peut être modifiée dans la zone de ladite ouverture coupante (20) par pivotement des bras de préhension (2,3) l'un par rapport à l'autre. La pince de résection des tissus (1) permet de couper des petits morceaux du tissu à exciser dans endommager les zones de tissu adjacentes.
