ABSTRACT Therapeutic system This invention relates to therapeutic systems for the transdermal administration of compounds of formula I Image I (wherein X represents an oxygen or sulphur atom; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a straight-chained or branched alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms optionally substituted by a hydroxyl group, an allyl, cycloalkyl, hexahydrobenzyl, phenyl, phenylethyl or benzyl group, or a benzyl group substituted on the phenyl ring by one or two halogen atoms, by 1 to 3 methoxy groups, by a trifluoromethyl group or by an alkyl group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and, when X represents a sulphur atom, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a straight-chained or branched alkyl group with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an allyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl, benzyl or phenylethyl group or, when X represents an oxygen atom, R2 represents a hydrogen atom,) and acid addition salts thereof and to the use of such compounds for the manufacture of various therapeutic agents.
