The invention concerns a translation block with disengageable nut (15) comprising a translating body (4) which sheathes the nut (15) and slides along a guiding section (7) housing the screw. The internal assembly is made up of the nut (15) formed by two parts (29, 30) mechanically ganged with each other and mounted on the screw (13) in resilient spacing stress and a locking-releasing mechanism (18) co-operating with blocking grooves (42) on the nut, consisting of two flaps (20, 21) each pivoting about an axis parallel to the screw, in resilient unfolding return towards the nut and released by pneumatic thrusting means. This invention is useful for all manufacturers of conveying units, for example of screw lifting units on car-carrying vehicles.
Le bloc de translation à écrou débrayable (15) comprend un corps de translation (4) qui sert de cage à l'écrou (15) et se déplace par coulissement le long du profilé de guidage (7) abritant la vis. L'ensemble intérieur se compose de l'écrou (15) formé de deux pièces (29, 30) jumelées mécaniquement entre elles et montées sur la vis (13) en contrainte élastique d'écartement et d'un dispositif d'immobilisation-libération (18) coopérant avec des gorges (42) de blocage sur l'écrou, se composant de deux volets (20, 21) pivotants chacun autour d'un axe parallèle à la vis, en rappel élastique de rabattement vers l'écrou et actionnés en libération par un moyen pneumatique de poussée. Cette invention intéresse tous les constructeurs d'ensembles de manutention, par exemple d'ensembles de levage à vis sur les véhicules porte-voitures.
