Described is a triazole derivative represented by the formula (1): (see fig. I) wherein R1 represents a lower alkyl group or an aralkyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, an aralkyl group or an acyl group, X1 and X2 are the same or different and each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group, n stands for an integer of 0 to 2 and m stands for an integer of 1 to 5, or salt thereof; and also a pharmaceutical comprising the derivative or salt thereof as an effective ingredient. The compound as described above has a high antimycotic activity and is useful for the prevention and treatment of mammalian mycotic infections.

Description d'un dérivé du triazole, représenté par la formule (1) (voir fig. I), où : R1 représente un groupe alkyle inférieur ou un groupe aralkyle; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur, aralkyle ou acyle; X1 et X2 sont identiques ou différents, chacun représentant indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe trifluorométhyle; n représente un entier de 0 à 2 et m un entier de 1 à 5. L'invention porte aussi sur un sel de ce dérivé, et sur un composé pharmaceutique renfermant le dérivé ou le sel de celui-ci, comme ingrédient actif. Le composé, tel que décrit ci-dessus, a une forte activité antimycotique et est utile pour la prévention et le traitement des infections mycotiques chez les mammifères.
