The invention provides novel selective estrogen receptor modulator compounds of general formula (I), wherein R1 and R2, which are the same or different are a) H, halogen, OCH3, OH; or b) (II), where X is O, NH or S; and n is an integer from 1 to 4; and R4 and R5, which are the same or different, are a 1 to 4 carbon alkyl, H, -CH2C .ident. CH or -CH2CH2OH; or R4 and R5 form an N-containing five- or six-membered ring or heteroaromatic ring; or c) -Y- (CH2)n CH2-O-R6, where Y is O, NH or S and n is an integer from 1 to 4; and R6 is H, -CH2CH2OH, or -CH2CH2Cl; or d) 2,3- dihydroxypropoxy, 2-methylsulfamylethoxy, 2-chloroethoxy, 1-ethyl-2-hydroxyethoxy, 2,2-diethyl-2-hydroxyethoxy or carboxymethoxy; and R3 is H, halogen, OH or -OCH3; and their non-toxic pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters and mixtures thereof, which compounds exhibit valuable pharmacological properties.
Cette invention concerne de nouveaux composés qui sont des modulateurs sélectifs des récepteurs aux oestrogènes et qui sont représentés par la formule (I). Dans cette formule, R1 et R2, qui sont identiques ou différents, sont a) H, halogène, OCH3, OH; ou b) (II), où X est O, NH ou S; n est un entier compris entre 1 et 4; et R4 et R5, qui sont identiques ou différents, sont alkyle en C1-4, H, -CH2C CH ou -CH2CH2OH; ou R4 et R5 forment un noyau à cinq ou six éléments renfermant de l'azote ou un noyau hétéroaromatique ; ou c) -Y-(CH2)nCH2-O-R6, où Y est O, NH ou S et n est un entier compris entre 1 et 4; et R6 est H, -CH2CH2OH, ou -CH2CH2Cl; ou d) 2,3-dihydroxypropoxy, 2-méthylsulfamyléthoxy, 2-chloroéthoxy, 1-éthyl-2-hydroxyéthoxy, 2,2-diéthyl-2-hydroxyéthoxy ou carboxyméthoxy; et R3 est H, halogène, OH ou -OCH3. L'invention concerne également des sels et des esters non toxiques, parmaceutiquement acceptables, de ces composés ou des mélanges de ces sels et esters, composés qui présentent des propriétés pharmacologiques précieuses.
