There is provided herein, an apparatus for lysing of adipose tissue comprising a transducer adapted to transmit ultrasound to a target area tissue of a subject body; and a vacuum system adapted to suck a surface of the target area tissue into the transducer to facilitate acoustic contact between the surface of the target area tissue and the transducer.

La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à provoquer la lyse d'un tissu adipeux et comprenant, d'une part un transducteur conçu pour transmettre des ultrasons au tissu d'une zone cible du corps d'un sujet, et d'autre part un système à vide conçu pour aspirer dans le transducteur une surface de tissu de la zone cible de façon à faciliter le contact acoustique entre le transducteur et la surface de tissu de la zone cible.
