The present invention provides a rapid and efficient screening procedure for identifying and providing chemical compounds that interact with target biomolecules, for instance a therapeutic target biomolecule such as a protein, wherein the said procedure comprises generating two dimensional proton (refocused or not) double-quantum or double-quantum relaxation weighted double quantum-spectra of a mixture of compounds with and without the target biomolecule, so as to detect any differences between the spectra that identify the presence of one or more chemical compounds that bind to the target biomolecule.

La présente invention concerne une procédure rapide et efficace de criblage permettant d'identifier et d'obtenir des composés chimiques qui interagissent avec des biomolécules cibles, par exemple, une biomolécule cible thérapeutique telle qu'une protéine. Cette procédure consiste à générer un spectre quantique double bidimensionnel de proton (refocalisé ou non) ou un spectre quantique double bidimensionnel de proton pondéré par relaxation quantique double d'un mélange de composés avec et sans la biomolécule cible de façon à détecter toute différence entre les spectres qui montrent la présence d'un ou de plusieurs composés chimiques qui se lient à la biomolécule cible.
