The invention relates to the use of certain lipolytic enzymes such as cutinases and lipases in the manufacture of paper and paper products from recycled paper. Examples of such enzymes are derived from strains of Humicola, Candida, Fusarium and Pseudomonas. By use of these enzymes, the problems relating to the so-called "stickies" derived from waste paper are reduced.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de certaines enzymes lipolytiques telles que les cutinases et les lipases dans la fabrication du papier et les produits de papier obtenus de papier recyclé. Des exemples de telles enzymes sont dérivées de souches de Humicola, Candida, Fusarium et Pseudomonas. L'utilisation de ces enzymes permet de résoudre les problèmes associés aux impuretés collantes dérivées de déchets de papier.
