The invention concerns the use of a compound of general formula (I) wherein: X represents a halogen atom; Y represents one or several atoms or groups selected among hydrogen, halogens and hydroxy, methyl, methoxy and nitro groups; R 1 represents a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group; R 2 and R 3 represent each a hydrogen atom or a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group, or R 2 and R 3 together form with the nitrogen atom bearing them, a pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl or morpholinyl group, for preparing a medicine for preventing or treating diseases and disorders related to the peripheral benzodiazepin receptor.
