The invention relates to a vaccine against cancer diseases that are associated with the HER-2/neu oncogene. Said vaccine comprises at least one peptide having a length of 9 to 25 amino acids and a sequence that occurs in the extracellular part of the HER-2/neu protein or functional variants thereof, that is functional peptides or nucleic acid sequences encoding said peptides or mimotopes of the peptides. In an especially preferred embodiment, the vaccine contains a peptide having the sequence CRVLQGLPREYVNARHC and/or YMPIWKFPDEEGAC.
L'invention concerne un vaccin contre des maladies cancéreuses associées à l'oncogène HER-2/neu. Ce vaccin contient au moins un peptide comportant une longueur de 9 à 25 acides aminés et une séquence identique à celle qui apparaît dans la partie extracellulaire de la protéine HER-2/neu, ou bien des variantes fonctionnelles de celle-ci, à savoir des peptides ayant le même effet ou des séquences d'acide nucléique codant pour ces peptides ou des mimotopes de ces peptides. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, ledit vaccin comporte un peptide de séquence CRVLQGLPREYVNARHC et/ou YMPIWKFPDEEGAC.
