The invention relates to a method for individually packing sheet or film-type materials in an automatic manner, said materials consisting of at least one material layer, in a packing unit with marked contents. A marking (40) made of a waxy marking material is applied to a warmed first packing material strip (20). The sheet or film-type material (10) is fixed to the marking with a surface thereof, whereby the roughness of the surface thereof is greater than the roughness of the surface of the first packing material strip. A second packing material strip (30) is applied to the sheet or film-type material and is connected to the first packing material strip in order to form a closed packing unit. The packing unit (35) is cooled and the marking is separated from the first packing material strip. A secure packing method and a marking for sheet or film-type materials are developed according to said inventive method.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'emballage individuel automatisé de matériaux sous forme de feuilles ou de films, comprenant au moins une couche de matériau, dans une unité de conditionnement avec un contenu portant des caractéristiques. A cet effet, il est prévu d'appliquer un marquage (40) à base d'un matériau de marquage de type cire, sur une première bande de matière d'emballage (20) chauffée. Le matériau sous forme de feuille ou de film (10) est fixé sur le marquage, par une surface, de rugosité supérieure à celle de la surface de la première bande de matière d'emballage, à laquelle le marquage adhère. Une seconde bande de matière d'emballage (30) est appliquée sur le matériau sous forme de feuille ou de film et est liée à la première bande de matière d'emballage, pour former une unité d'emballage fermée. Ladite unité d'emballage (35) est refroidie, opération au cours de laquelle le marquage se sépare de la première bande de matière d'emballage. Ladite invention permet de mettre au point un procédé d'emballage fiable et un marquage pour matériaux sous forme de feuilles ou de films.
