FORM 24 (ss. 21, 34 and 142) ABSTRACT A machine for the manufacture and assembly of exterior and interior wall elements, consisting of a frame made of vertical wall studs preferably made of wood, spaced apart from each other, and and upper cross member (or a steel band in lieu thereof) and a lower cross member, also preferably made of wood, with thick plates preferably made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) in between the space. This basic process is repeated for each such element until the prescribed width of the exterior or interior wall is achieved. In a second embodiment, the vertical wall studs, lower cross member, and EPS are machine grooved, and a fastener preferably made of polyvynil-chloride or styrene, is inserted by the machine into the grooves, making a rigid connection between the studs and the EPS, and rendering the wall air and moisture tight. In a third embodiment, window spaces of various sizes are created by vices moving along lateral and vertical movement bars, and by rotation devices.
