An object is to ensure that the contact portions of two parts which move in contact and association with each other, for example, a valve bridge and a rocker arm in the valve drive system of a diesel engine, are reduced in wear so as to prolong the life of the parts. A wear-resistant slide member has a wear-resistant member interposed between the contact portions of two parts and held in a recess in a part, which supports it, so as not to fall off, the member being inserted in a state which allows its rotation in the recess and its movement in a direction parallel to the bottom surface, the wear-resistant slide member comprising a first means for chamfering the outer peripheral corners of the bottom surface of the wear-resistant member, a second means for forming the bottom surface of the member in a convex shape having a degree of evenness of 0.05 to 20 µm with the outer periphery warped upward, and/or a third means for causing the surface roughness of the bottom surface, side surface and/or upper surface to be 0.2 µm or less in terms of Ra.
La présente invention vise à assurer que les portions de contact de deux pièces qui se déplacent en contact et en association mutuels, par exemple, une crosse de soupape et un culbuteur dans un système de commande de soupape d'un moteur diesel, présentent une usure réduite en vue de prolonger la durée de vie des pièces. Un organe de glissière comporte un organe résistant à l'usure interposé entre les deux portions de contact des deux pièces et maintenu dans un évidement dans une pièce, qui le retient, afin d'éviter sa chute, l'organe étant introduit dans un état permettant sa rotation dans l'évidement et son déplacement en une direction parallèle à la surface de fond, l'organe de glissière résistant à l'usure comportant un premier moyen pour le chanfreinage des angles de la surface de fond de l'organe résistant à l'usure, un deuxième moyen pour la configuration de la surface de fond de l'organe en une forme convexe présentant un degré d'uniformité de 0,05 à 20 µm avec la périphérie extérieure courbée vers le haut, et/ou un troisième moyen pour que la rugosité de surface de la surface de fond, de la surface latérale et/ou de la surface supérieure soit égale ou inférieure à 0,2 µm en termes de Ra.
