A windmill rotation detection/management device is provided as being capable of increasing reliability of detection of the number of windmill rotations, or alternatively, subsidizing a controller, which is incapable of processing the number of windmill rotations, so as to effectively utilize windmill rotation count information. This device is applied to a windmill (3) having: a windmill body (31) for receiving a wind and then generating torque; and a generator (32) for generating electric power by means of the torque generated in the windmill body (31). Thus, the device also comprises: a first input line (21) for inputting rotation count information (N1) taken out from the windmill (3) via a rotating speed detector (20); a second input line (22) for inputting rotation count information (N2) taken out from an alternating current output of the generator (32) via a rotating pulse generation circuit (23); and anomaly processing means (24) for executing predetermined anomaly processing in a case where it is determined that there is a rotational difference equal to or greater than a predetermined value in comparison with items of the rotation count information (N1, N2) inputted through both of the input lines (21, 22).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection et gestion de rotation d'éolienne permettant, d'une part d'augmenter la fiabilité de détection de la vitesse de rotation de l'éolienne, ou venir en appoint à un contrôleur incapable de traiter la vitesse de rotation de l'éolienne, et d'autre part d'exploiter effectivement l'information de vitesse de rotation de l'éolienne. Pour mettre en oevre ce dispositif par rapport à une éolienne (3) comprenant, d'une part un corps d'éolienne (31) captant le vent et produisant un couple, et d'autre part un générateur (32) produisant de l'électricité à partir du couple produit par le corps d'éolienne (31), le dispositif de détection et de gestion de rotation d'éolienne est pourvu, d'une part d'une première ligne d'entrée (21) qui remet en entrée l'information de vitesse de rotation (N1) mesurée par un compte-tours (20) sur l'éolienne (3), d'autre part d'une seconde ligne d'entrée (22) qui remet en entrée l'information de vitesse de rotation (N2) déduite de la sortie en courant alternatif du générateur (32) par un circuit générateur d'impulsions de rotation (23), et enfin d'un processeur d'anomalies (24) qui compare les informations de vitesses de rotation (N1, N2) fournies en entrée par les lignes d'entrée (21, 22) et exécute un traitement d'anomalies prescrit s'il s'avère que l'écart entre les vitesses de rotation dépasse un seuil défini.
