Window, door and balcony frames with three rubber bands for each window, door and balcony leaf. Window, door and balcony frames with a leaf (1) on which three rubber bands (3), (4), (5) are placed inside grooves, between the ridges (6), (7), (8) of the leaves. The rubber band towards the external side of the leaf provides heat and sound insulation, the middle rubber band provides increased heat and sound insulation and the third rubber band, towards the internal side of the leaf, provides an even greater heat and sound insulation, which reaches perfect insulation. The advantage of this invention is that by this frame equiped with three rubber bands on each window, door and balcony leaf we achieve a heat and sound insulation that reaches the absolute.
