A cleaning tool is used for cleaning hard to reach surface areas with a cloth, pad or the like. The tool has a head in the form of a shallow, circular cup of a somewhat flexible material mounted pivotally on a long handle. The peripheral rim of the cup is equipped with a set of teeth that grip the cloth and hold it in place as it is wiped over the surface to be cleaned. Within the cup is a short cylindrical member, also provided with a set of cloth-gripping teeth on its outer, annular face.
