The inventive writing tool comprises a body (2) provided with an ink container (3), an inking element (16) mounted on the end of the body (2) and a feeding device (19) consisting of a tube which is provided with an inner wall, connects the container (3) to the inking element (16) and penetrates into the container (3) through an opening, a valve (22) comprising a jamb (32) which is received in said tube and extended by a head (31), wherein the valve is slidingly mounted between a closed position in which said head (31) is applied to a shoulder bordering said opening and an open position in which the head (31) is remote from the shoulder. An interstice is arranged between the jamb and the tube inner wall in such a way that said jamb projects from the tube.
