A pallet nail press used to drive random fasteners extending from a pallet (P) after repair and assembly thereof. The pallet nail press includes multiple feed conveyors (11, 20) that pre-position individual repaired pallets (P) within a press support assembly (10) having multiple vertical lift beams (31, 32) below the conveyors (11, 20). The vertical lift beams (31, 32) are driven by a lift bag assembly (27, 28). In use, the pre-positioned pallet (P) is lifted off a feed conveyor (20) and driven against correspondingly positioned anvil beams (38, 39, 40) driving the outwardly extending fasteners flush with the pallet (P). Sensors (50) activate positioning (44, 45) and lift the bag assembly (27, 28) in a selected nature, cycling the pallets (P) through the pallet nail press.

La presse comprend de nombreux tapis d'amenage (11, 20) qui positionnent les palettes réparées individuelles (P) à l'intérieur d'un ensemble de soutien de presse (10) muni de plusieurs poutres de levage vertical (31, 32) situées sous les tapis (11, 20). Les poutres de levage (31, 32) sont entraînées par un ensemble de sacs de levage (27, 28). € l'utilisation, la palette (P) est soulevée d'un tapis d'amenage (20) et entraînée contre des poutres enclumes (38, 39, 40) correspondantes enfonçant les attaches saillantes au même niveau que la palette (P). Des détecteurs (50) actionnent le positionnement (44, 45) et lèvent l'ensemble de sacs (27, 28) de manière préétablie, entraînant les palettes (P) dans la presse pour clous de palette.
