CA 2316103

In order to develop a capacitor having a signal electrode connected to a signal conductor, having a ground electrode connected to a ground conductor and having a dielectric between the two such that delay time-dependent limits are moved to higher frequency ranges in order to extend the applicability in the frequency range under this, the signal conductor or the ground conductor is spaced apart from the signal electrode or the ground electrode and thus from the dielectric - having a high dielectric constant - and is subdivided into at least two conductor regions which are separated in the direction of signal propagation, and each of which is electrically connected via at least one conductor connector, to the signal conductor or to the ground conductor respectively.
