Aminoplast and phenoplast particules are obtained by providing an aqueous solution of such a resin having a water tolerance level, adding a particulate core-forming material in solid form, e.g. mineral particles or cured resin particles, as well as a mixture of water and a stabilizing agent, the amount of water being sufficient to exceed the water tolerance level of the aminoplast or phenoplast, and thus forming an emulsion or suspension of the resin coated particles in water, and advancing cure of the resin to form partially or fully cured resin coatings having a thickness preferably about 5-75 µm encapsulating the particulate core-forming material.
On obtient des particules d'aminoplaste et de phénoplaste en produisant une solution aqueuse de ladite résine présentant un niveau de tolérance d'eau, en ajoutant une matière formant un noyau particulaire sous forme solide, par exemple des particules minérales ou des particules de résine durcies, ainsi qu'un mélange d'eau et d'un agent de stabilisation, le volume d'eau étant suffisant pour dépasser le niveau de tolérance d'eau de l'aminoplaste ou du phénoplaste, et en formant ainsi une émulsion ou une suspension des particules enrobées de résine dans de l'eau, et en avançant le durcissement de la résine pour former des couches de résine partiellement ou entièrement durcies ayant une épaisseur de préférence d'environ 5 à 75 mu m encapsulant la matière formant un noyau particulaire.
