A composting system (10) for decomposing waste material includes a composting bay (22) adapted to receive the waste material. A transport member (52) extends into the composting bay and is adapted to receive the waste material thereon. The transport member (52) is moveable with respect to the bay (22) for transporting waste material along the bay (22). The composting system (10) further includes a fluid distribution system (60) having at least one fluid injection member (74) adapted to extend into the waste material. The at least one fluid injection member (74) is moveably attachable to the bay (22) such that the at least one fluid injection member (74) has at least least one opening for introducing fluid into the waste material. A method for decomposing waste material is also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne un système de compostage (10) destiné à la décomposition de déchets, comprenant un bac de compostage (22) conçu pour recevoir des déchets.
