An insert (20) used to connect aircraft floor panels (11), and the like, to supporting structure (13) includes features which function to isolate the supported panel (11) from vibrations in the supporting structure (13). The isolation of the panels (11) leads to reductions in SIL (Speech Interference Level) noise within aircraft cabins. The insert (20) consists of internal and external rigid components separated by a contoured elastomeric component (32). The elastomeric component (32) is preloaded when installed via a fastener (15) extending through the inner rigid component (42, 42') and attaching to the supporting structure (13). The outer (22, 22') and inner (42, 42') rigid components are sized such that the inner rigid component (42, 42') will not pass through the outer rigid component (22, 22'), thus providing a safetied installation of the panel (11). The elastomeric component (32) extends below the bottom of the outer ridig component (22, 22') and provides soft snubbing against the supporting structure during loading of the panels ( 11 ). This allows some level of isolation while restricting motion of the panels (11).

Ce dispositif d'insertion (20), utilisé pour relier des panneaux (11) de plancher d'avion, et analogue, afin de soutenir une structure (13), possède des caractéristiques conçues pour isoler le panneau supporté (11) des vibrations se produisant dans la structure de support (13). L'isolation des panneaux (11) entraîne une réduction du niveau de nuisance sonique (SIL) dans les cabines d'avion. Ce dispositif (20) se compose d'éléments rigides, intérieurs et extérieurs, séparés par un élément élastomère profilé (32), lequel est préchargé lorsqu'on le met en place au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation (15) s'étendant à travers l'élément rigide intérieur (42, 42') et se fixant sur la structure de support (13). Les éléments rigides extérieurs (22, 22') et intérieurs (42, 42') sont dimensionnés de façon que l'élément intérieur (42, 42') ne dépasse pas l'élément extérieur (22, 22'), cet agencement permettant d'installer en toute sécurité le panneau (11). L'élément élastomère (32) s'étend sous la base de l'élément rigide extérieur (22, 22') et constitue une butée douce contre la structure de support lorsqu'une charge est appliquée sur les panneaux (11). Grâce à cette configuration, on obtient un certain niveau d'isolation tout en empêchant le déplacement des panneaux (11).
