It is an object of the invention to provide a new and improved apparatus for successively making plastic bags of plastic film, so as to remarkably speed up the apparatus, accurately cut the layers of plastic film 1 to precisely make plastic bags, and cope with a change in size of plastic bag without difficulty. According to the Invention, the layers of plastic film are fed intermittently along an upstream path for a length which is N times as much as the size of plastic bag and at a cycle number. The layers of plastic film are heat sealed whenever being fed intermittently to obtain N times in number of plastic bags. In addition, the layers of plastic film 1 are fed intermittently along a downstream feeding path for a length corresponding to the size of plastic bag and at a cycle number which is N times as many as the cycle number of the upstream feeding means, after being heat sealed. The layers of plastic film are then cut by the cutter 10 whenever being fed intermittently.
Une machine utilisée pour fabriquer des sacs en plastique avec une pellicule plastique (1) qui permet d'augmenter considérablement une cadence, de couper la pellicule plastique avec précision afin de fabriquer le sac en plastique avec précision, et facilitant la gestion des demandes de changements de dimensions du sac en plastique quand elles interviennent. Sur un circuit de fourniture en amont, la pellicule plastique est fournie par intermittence lors de cycles spécifiés en incréments d'une unité de longueur de fourniture pour N fois la taille du sac en plastique, et elle est thermoscellée pour chaque fourniture intermittente de façon à fournir N fois la quantité de pellicule plastique. De plus, après le thermoscellage de la pellicule plastique, la pellicule plastique (1) est fournie par intermittence, dans un circuit de fourniture en aval, aux cycles correspondant à N fois celui d'un mécanisme de fourniture en amont en incréments de l'unité de longueur de fourniture correspondant à la taille du sac en plastique, et elle est découpée pour chaque fourniture intermittente par un organe de coupe (10).
