The device for the remote control of a comfort management system of so-called automation type, exhibits at least two operating modes, a first automatic operating mode, and a second manual operating mode. It comprises a remote control (1) consisting of a box (2) comprising at least one remote control transmitter (4) and a control keypad (5), wherein said box (2) is mounted movably in a support (3) between a first position (A), corresponding to the first operating mode, and at least one second position (B), corresponding to the second operating mode and wherein it comprises means (13) for detecting the position of box (2), with respect to the support (3) and means (14) allowing modification of the operating mode as a function of the detected position of the box.

Le dispositif de commande à distance d'un système de gestion de confort de type dit domotique, présente au moins deux modes de fonctionnement, un premier mode de fonctionnement automatique (A), et un deuxième mode de fonctionnement manuel. Il comprend une télécommande (1) constituée par un boîtier (2) comprenant au moins un émetteur de télécommande (4) et un clavier de commande (5). Il est caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier (2) est monté mobile dans un support (3) entre une première position, correspondant au premier mode de fonctionnement, et au moins une deuxième position, correspondant au deuxième mode de fonctionnement et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de détection (13) de la position du boîtier (2), par rapport au support (3) et des moyens (14) permettant la modification du mode de fonctionnement en fonction de la position détectée du boîtier.
