A pump that, in one application, may use differential pressure in the pipelines to create force to pump the glycol. The pump uses an electronic timer to trigger a stroke cycle. The stroke cycle determines the volume of glycol to be pumped. By using a timer and a predetermined volume of fluid in the pump cylinder, the pump rate can be accurately determined. One embodiment of the pump uses dual pumping cylinders. One dual acting drive cylinder uses gas pressure of differential pressure to drive the slave cylinder that pumps the glycol through the system. Two directional control motor valves direct and redirect gas pressure to create force on the glycol pumping cylinders. The electronic timer operates these motor valves over pneumatic control valves to apply and relieve pressure on the motor valves that redirect gas flows to create a pumping action.
