A process for producing synthesis gas (70) through autothermal catalytic reforming of a feed gaseous flow (55) comprising hydrocarbons, obtaining partially transformed gas (65) and synthesis gas (70), said feed gaseous flow (55) comprising hydrocarbons being., mixed with a part (66) of said partially transformed gas (65), before being subjected to said autothermal catalytic reforming, so as to achieve a dilution of the concentration of the hydrocarbons present in it.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un gaz de synthèse (70) comprenant des étapes de reformage catalytique autotherme d'un flux gazeux d'alimentation (55) comprenant des hydrocarbures, permettant d'obtenir un gaz en partie transformé (65) et un gaz de synthèse (70), ledit flux gazeux d'alimentation (55) comprenant des hydrocarbures étant mélangé avec une partie (66) dudit gaz en partie transformé (65) avant d'être soumis audit reformage catalytique autotherme, de manière à diluer la concentration en hydrocarbures présents dans ledit flux gazeux d'alimentation.
