The present invention relates to 6(4-substituted-anilino)pyrimidine derivatives useful as an antiviral agent, and more particularly novel 6(4- substituted-anilino)pyrimidine derivatives having an excellent inhibitory effect on replication of Hepatitis C virus; (HCV), represented by the following formula (I) in which R represents a C1-C4 straight or branched alkoxycarbonyl group, heterocycliccarbonyl group or carboxyalkyl group; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a preparation method thereof, and an antiviral pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound as an effective ingredient. The 6(4-substituted-anilino)pyrimidine derivatives according to the present invention have an excellent inhibitory effect on replication of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and thus can be advantageously used as a therapeutic or prophylactic agent of hepatitis C.
La présente invention se rapporte à des dérivés de 6-(anilino-4-substitué)pyrimidine utilisés en tant qu'agent antiviral, et plus particulièrement à de nouveaux dérivés de 6-(anilino-4-substitué)pyrimidine présentant un excellent effet inhibiteur sur la réplication du virus de l'hépatite C (HCV), représentés par la formule (I) suivante, dans laquelle R représente un groupe carboxyalkyle, un groupe hétérocyclique carbonyle ou un groupe alkoxycarbonyle C¿1?-C¿4? linéaire ou ramifié. L'invention se rapporte également à des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces dérivés, et à un procédé de préparation de ces dérivés ainsi qu'à une composition pharmaceutique antivirale comportant ce composé en tant que principe actif. Les dérivés de 6-(anilino-4-substitué)pyrimidine conformes à la présente invention présentent un excellent effet inhibiteur sur la réplication du virus de l'hépatite C (HCV) et ils peuvent ainsi être utilisés avantageusement en tant qu'agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique de l'hépatite C.
