A consolidated pastry forming apparatus is provided that incorporates a separatable roller tool (10) and a finishing tool (74). The roller tool (10) includes a handle (12), a first pair of fork arms (18, 20) at one handle end, and a second pair of fork arms (22, 24) at the other handle end. A first cylindrical dough roller (26) is mounted to the first pair of fork arms (18, 20) and a second convex dough roller (40) is mounted to the second pair of fork arms (22, 24). The finishing tool (74) is removably attachable to the handle (12). The finishing tool (74) is unitarily formed and somewhat elongated, and includes at one end thereof a plurality of tines (112) suitable for puncturing a pastry crust, and at the other end thereof a protrusion (114) suitable for crimping a pastry crust.
La présente invention concerne un appareil intégré de formage pour la pâtisserie, comprenant un rouleau détachable (10) et un finisseur (74). Le rouleau (10) comporte une poignée (12), une première paire de bras formant fourche (18, 20) à une extrémité de la poignée, et une seconde paire de bras formant fourche (22, 24) à l'autre extrémité de la poignée. Un premier rouleau à pâte cylindrique (26) est monté sur la première fourche (18, 20), un second rouleau à pâte convexe (40) équipant l'autre fourche (22, 24). Le finisseur (74) monté mobile sur la poignée (12) est d'une constitution monobloc, de forme sensiblement allongée. L'une de ses extrémités est garnie d'une pluralité de dents (112) pour perforer le fond de pâte, l'autre extrémité portant une forme protubérante (114) pour pincer le fond de pâte.
