The present invention relates to a peristaltic hose pump comprising a stator, a rotor, and a rotor drive, wherein the rotor has rolled-up hoses, the position of which can be adjusted in the radial direction via an adjusting device having an adjusting element, and wherein a brake device is provided, and the radial position of the rolled-up hoses can be varied by the interaction of the brake device and the rotor drive.
