A method for producing a multilayer molded article having good feeling of touch without giving damages on a skin material at the vicinity of gate portions by fushion- bonding integrally a skin material to a core material using a horizontal mold clamping type injection molding machine which comprises steps of closing a movable mold so that a mold interval between the movable mold and a fixed mold is set to a predetermined distance after the skin material is set up in the cavity of a mold, starting injection and filling-up of a resin melt for a core material into the cavity of mold, retracting the movable mold with progress of injection and filling-up until the mold interval becomes a predetermined distance after lapse of a predetermined time from the start of injection, and clamping the mold again after the completion of the injecting.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un article moulé multicouche au toucher agréable sans endommager un matériau d'enveloppe situé à proximité de parties de grille, en assemblant par fusion le matériau d'enveloppe à un matériau noyau au moyen d'une machine de moulage par injection de type serrage de moule horizontal. Le procédé consiste à fermer un moule mobile de façon qu'un intervalle de moule entre le moule mobile et un moule fixe soit établi à une distance prédéterminée après emplacement du matériau d'enveloppe dans la cavité d'un moule. Le procédé consiste ensuite à commencer l'injection et à remplir la cavité du moule d'une résine en fusion destinée à un matériau noyau, à retirer le moule mobile tandis que se poursuivent l'injection et le remplissage jusqu'à ce que l'intervalle de moule atteigne une distance prédéterminée après un certain temps dès le début de l'injection, puis à serrer le moule à nouveau au terme de l'injection.
