A burger press includes a base having upward extending sidewalls, a lifter sized and shaped to fit within the base, and a plunger having a handle attached to a first side of a generally planar plate that is sized and shaped to fit within the base. At least one of a second side of the plunger plate and the lifter are shaped to include a surface feature selected from a plurality of ribs and a raised portion, the plurality of ribs and the raised portion being structured to press into a burger as the burger is formed in the burger press by compressing the burger between the plunger and the lifter.
Presse pour hamburgers comprenant une base ayant des parois latérales s'étendant vers le haut, un élévateur dimensionné et conformé pour s'insérer dans la base, et un poussoir ayant une poignée fixée à une première face d'une plaque globalement plane, dimensionnée et conformée pour s'insérer dans la base. La seconde face de la plaque du poussoir et/ou celle de lélévateur sont conformées pour présenter un aspect de surface sélectionné parmi une pluralité de nervures et une partie en relief, cette pluralité de nervures et cette partie en relief étant structurées pour presser un hamburger quand ce hamburger est formé dans la presse pour hamburgers, par compression entre le poussoir et lélévateur.
