Device for distributing pneumatically transported pulverulent solids into a large-diameter annular section, including an annular chamber, with a vertical or nearly vertical axis, which is closed at its upper end. The area of the cross section perpendicular to the axis is constant in the upper part of the device but decreases gradually toward the lower end, which has an annular opening or a series of openings distributed along a circle. The supply line for the flow of solid-transporting gases is connected to the upper section of the said chamber, so that the said flow penetrates into the chamber in an approximately radial direction.
Dispositif pour répartir des matières solides pulvérulentes, transportées pneumatiquement, dans une section annulaire de grand diamètre, comprenant une chambre annulaire, à axe vertical ou voisin de la verticale, qui est fermée à son extrémité supérieure et dont la section par un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du dispositif a une aire qui est constante dans sa partie supérieure puis décroît progressivement jusqu'à son extrémité inférieure où est prévue une ouverture de sortie annulaire ou une série d'ouvertures régulièrement réparties le long d'un cercle. Le conduit d'amenée du courant de gaz transportant les matières solides est raccordé à la partie supérieure de ladite chambre de telle sorte que ledit courant pénètre dans cette dernière suivant une direction approximativement radiale.
