ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a dispenser for liquids comprising a rigid container for storing the liquid, and structure defining a reservoir coupled to the container for receiving the liquid. The reservoir normally holds some of the liquid to cause a negative pressure in the container above the liquid in the container. Also, the reservoir has a space above the level of liquid in the reservoir and an actuator is operable to introduce a positive pressure to the reservoir. An outlet passageway extends upwardly from an inlet in the liquid and terminates at an exit outside the dispenser so that operation of the actuator will cause flow of liquid through the outlet passageway and out the exit, thereby dispensing the liquid.
