A recycling apparatus for spent protective atmosphere gas contaminated with fouling organic decomposition byproduct materials. The recycling apparatus includes a compressor having an inlet connected to a spent protective atmosphere gas supply line, and a solvent supply configured to supply solvent to a gas passage at or upstream of the compressor. The recycling apparatus also includes a first chamber connected to an outlet of the compressor, where the first chamber is configured to receive compressed gas from the compressor and to collect a mixture including the solvent and any contaminants entrapped or dissolved in the solvent.
L'invention concerne un appareil de recyclage pour gaz d'atmosphère protectrice usé et contaminé par des sous-produits polluants issus d'une décomposition organique. L'appareil de recyclage comprend un compresseur avec une admission connectée à une conduite d'alimentation en gaz d'atmosphère protectrice usé, et une alimentation en solvant conçue pour fournir du solvant à un passage de gaz au niveau ou en amont du compresseur. L'appareil de recyclage comprend aussi une première chambre connectée à une sortie du compresseur, la première chambre étant configurée pour recevoir du gaz comprimé provenant du compresseur et pour recueillir un mélange comprenant le solvant et tout polluant piégé ou dissous dans le solvant.
