Method for digitally attesting the authenticity of an interaction, comprising the steps of establishing a secure digital communication channel between a Universal Signature Assistant (15) and a remote Attestation Appliance, sending an interaction request to a remote site, digitally receiving from the remote Attestation Appliance on the Universal Signature Assistant (15) an attestation request for the authenticity of said interaction request, confirming or denying the authenticity of the interaction request by respectively accepting or rejecting the attestation request on said Universal Signature Assistant (15). Device for digitally attesting the authenticity of an interaction, comprising a Universal Signature Assistant (15) com-prising a CPU (4), a memory (5), a storage (6), a system bus (7), said CPU (4), the memory (5) and the storage (6) being connected to the system bus (7) for communicating with each other, a display (2) connected to the system bus (7) for displaying information to a user, a user input device (3) connected to the system bus (7) for allowing the user entering information to the Universal Signature Assistant (15), a communication interface (8) connected to the system bus (7) for communicating with external devices, a reader (1) for reading user identity information contained on an identity token (14) and a software program stored in the storage (6) for performing the method of the invention with the Universal Signature Assistant (15) when the software program is run by the CPU (4).
Un procédé permettant d'attester numériquement de l'authenticité d'une interaction comprend les étapes suivantes : établir un canal de communication numérique sécurisé entre un assistant de signature universel (15) et un dispositif d'attestation à distance, envoyer une demande d'interaction à un site distant, recevoir numériquement du dispositif d'attestation à distance sur l'assistant de signature universel (15) une demande d'attestation pour l'authenticité de ladite demande d'interaction, confirmer ou refuser l'authenticité de la demande d'interaction en acceptant ou en rejetant la demande d'attestation sur ledit assistant de signature universel (15). Un dispositif permettant d'attester numériquement de l'authenticité d'une interaction comprend un assistant de signature universel (15) comprenant une CPU (4), une mémoire (5), un enregistrement (6), un bus système (7), ladite CPU (4), la mémoire (5) et l'enregistrement (6) étant connectés au bus système (7) pour communiquer l'un avec l'autre, un écran (2) connecté au bus système (7) pour afficher des informations à l'attention d'un utilisateur, un dispositif d'entrée utilisateur (3) connecté au bus système bus (7) pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'entrer des informations dans l'assistant de signature universel (15), une interface de communication (8) connectée au bus système (7) pour communiquer avec les dispositifs externes, un lecteur (1) pour lire les informations d'identité de l'utilisateur contenues dans un jeton d'identité (14) et un programme logiciel enregistré dans le stockage (6) pour exécuter le procédé de l'invention avec l'assistant de signature universel (15) lorsque le programme logiciel est exécuté par la CPU (4).
