A method of forming a metal oxide film in accordance with plasma CVD process, comprising performing glow discharge in a low output region so as to carry out reaction wherein the main reactant is an organometal, and thereafter performing glow discharge in a high output region so as to carry out reaction between the organometal and an oxidative gas, thereby obtaining a plastic substrate and, sequentially superimposed on the surface thereof, an organic layer and a metal oxide film. This method enables forming a thin film of excellent adherence, softness and flexibility on the surface of a substrate such as a plastic in accordance with plasma CVD process.
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une couche d'oxyde métallique conformément à un procédé CVD (procédé de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur) par plasma. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à effectuer une nitruration au plasma dans une région de faible sortie, de manière à exécuter une réaction dans laquelle le réactif principal est un organométal ; et à effectuer une nitruration au plasma dans une région de sortie élevée, de manière à exécuter une réaction entre l'organométal et un gaz oxydant, afin d'obtenir un substrat plastique, puis, superposées sur la surface de celui-ci, une couche organique et une couche d'oxyde métallique. Ce procédé permet de former une couche mince présentant d'excellentes propriétés d'adhérence, de douceur et de souplesse sur la surface d'un substrat, tel qu'un substrat plastique, conformément à un procédé CVD par plasma
