A device for generating a stable concentration gradient in a microfluidic channel. A solution of a given concentration of a soluble compound and a diluting solution are co-delivered into a microfluidic channel. By varying the flow rates of the two solutions, the concentration of the soluble compound can be varied as a function of the length of the channel.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour créer un gradient de concentration stable dans un canal microfluidique. Une solution présentant une concentration donnée d'un composé soluble et une solution diluante sont co-administrées dans un canal microfluidique. Une variation des débits des deux solutions permet de faire varier la concentration du composé soluble en fonction de la longueur du canal.
