A structural connector (23) for providing a structural interconnection between the housing of a gear unit and the housing of an electric motor (20), said structural connector (23) being of a modular type comprising a base member (29) adapted for connection to at least one of the housing of an electric motor (20) and the housing of a gear unit, and at least two side wall members (24,25), said side wall members (24,25) having a motor end (26) adapted for connection to one of an electric motor housing (20) and the base member (29) and a gear end (27) adapted for connection to a gear unit housing (21), said side wall members (24,25) lying at least in substantial part in a plane inclined at an angle of at least 60 degrees relative to a plane containing at least a part of the base member (29), and said side wall members (24,25) being spaced apart by connection to an interposed housing.
La présente invention concerne un connecteur structurel (23) permettant une interconnexion structurelle entre le carter d'un bloc d'engrenages (21) et le carter d'un moteur électrique (20). Ce connecteur structurel (23) est de type modulaire et comprend un organe de base (29) qui est conçu pour être connecté au carter d'un moteur électrique (20) et/ou au carter d'un bloc d'engrenages (21), ainsi qu'au moins deux organes de paroi latérale (24, 25) qui présente une extrémité de moteur (26) conçue pour être connectée au carter d'un moteur électrique (20) ou à l'organe de base (29) et une extrémité d'engrenage (27) conçue pour être connectée au carter d'un bloc d'engrenages (21). Ces organes de paroi latérale (24, 25) se trouvent au moins en grande partie dans un plan incliné d'un angle d'au moins 60 degrés par rapport à un plan contenant au moins une partie de l'organe de base (29) et sont espacés par une connexion à un carter interposé.
